Responsibilities

• Excellent working knowledge in creating and developing BIM models for architectural and structural services from design drawings and coordinate between all services
• Be a proficient user in the preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing
• Augment and prepare construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per the manager’s advice
• Preparation of As-built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups which has as built comments.
• Display team player traits with other modelers and detailers for architectural and structural BIM projects.
• Provide assistance in running clash detection and preparation of clash reports.
• Be a champion in achieving the work targets as specified by the Line Manager.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required

• Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted.
• 1 – 5 years of relevant work experience is a must in BIM projects
• Proficient user of CAD, Revit Modeling and BIM
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English
• Strong leadership skills while the need arises for assisting Team lead in various tasks
